My mother, who has retinal dystrophy, has relied on lutein for years. She consistently takes 30-40 mg daily and reports that it has improved her night vision, reduced fatigue, and enhanced clarity. We believe lutein, along with other measures, has halted the advancement of her condition. We are deeply hopeful about preserving her eyesight for the future.
